2025 NSI Lacrosse - HS

Register here for girls 18 and under that live in areas of Bellevue served by Newport, Sammamish, and Interlake High Schools.

Players must ALSO register with the Bellevue School District through finalforms. This includes paying the school ASB fee & participation fee along with completing the physical and impact testing.

Practices are every day after school, tentatively, 4pm-6pm. at Tillicum Middle School, except Wednesday's which will be 5pm-7pm at Tillicum. Players and parents may need to arrange carpools to ensure their daughter can get to practices and games.

Our season begins February 24th with games starting the week of March 10th. Games are usually in the evenings during the week and home games are played at either the Newport, Sammamish, or Interlake stadiums.

Players need a USA Lacrosse Membership, a girls lacrosse stick, eye protection, and mouthguard. Learn more about the equipment needed here: USA Lacrosse Equipment Guide

NSI registration refunds minus a $40 administrative fee are provided in full provided prior to first practice; refunds after first practice may be provided up to 50% of NSI registration fees based on player health and/or family status.

2025 NSI Lacrosse - Youth

Register here for K through 8th grade girls that live in areas of Bellevue served by Newport, Sammamish, or Interlake High Schools.

Youth teams have two practices a week with a practice or game on the weekend.

The season starts the week of February 24th and games begin the weekend of March 22nd and end by May 18th. No practices or games will be scheduled during the Bellevue School District spring break.

Players need a USA Lacrosse Membership, eye protection, a mouth guard, and a girls lacrosse stick. More information about lacrosse equipment can be found here: USA Lacrosse Equipment

Youth Teams:

8U is for players 8 years old & under (in grades K-2). Games are played with five players per side, no goalie, and 3x3 (half size) goals on a small field (across the width of a full field).

10U is for players 10 years old & under (in grades 3&4). Games are played with eight players per side including a goalie (all goalie equipment is provided by NSI). Games are played across the width of a full-sized field.

12U is for players 12 years old & under (in grades 5&6). Games are played with eight players per side including a goalie (all goalie equipment is provided by NSI). Games are played across the width of the full-sized field (8 vs 12 players is new for this season!)

14U is for players 14 years old & under (in grades 7&8). Games are played with twelve players per side including a goalie (all goalie equipment is provided by NSI). Games are played on a full-sized field.
